2. Visit the bar, show the vieno coupon on your mobile device to the staff, order your drink and enjoy!

1. How many free drinks can I get each day?

You can have one (1) free drink each day. You can redeem your free drink until 07.00 in the morning of the next day, provided that the venue that offers it is open.

2. What is the value of the free drink that I have?

The value of each free drink (i.e, the maximum value of the drink that you can get for free) is set by each venue and may vary from day to day. For example, a venue can give out free drinks of maximum value of 5€ on Wednesday and 7€ on Thursday.

3. Can i order my drink "to go"?

No, you CANNOT. You can redeem your free drink and the corresponding product ONLY within the venue.

4. What do I need to show to the staff to get the free drink that I have reserved?

You have to show your digital Vieno coupon to the staff member who is serving you at the time of your order. The staff has to tap the "Redeem" button in order to complete the process. Please show the coupon before or at the time of your order and NOT after.

5. What happens if the free drink that I have reserved, is of different value than the drink that I want to order?

There are two possibilities: If your the drink you have reserved is of a lesser value than the drink that you want to order, then you have to supplement the value of the drink. For example: if you have won a free drink of maximum value of 6€ and your drink costs 7€, then you have to pay 1€. If your free drink is of a greater value than the drink that you want to order, then you cannot use the rest of the drinks value. For example: if you have reserved a free drink of maximum value of 8€ and your drink costs 4€, then you cannot order two drinks or ask for money for the remaining of the drinks value.

6. Is my free drink valid for any kind of drink that I want to have?

If you have a reserved a drink that is not offered by a brand, you can validate it with any drink you want at the bar, alcoholic or not. If you have reserved a drink that is offered by a brand, (e.g. one of the cocktails offered by Jack Daniels) you can validate it only with the specific drink you have reserved. In case the venue cannot offer you that specific cocktail, they have to serve you another drink with the brand you reserved as a main ingredient. For example, if a bar cannot prepare a Jack Daniels Lynchburg Lemonade for you, they have to offer you another cocktail or drink with Jack Daniels as the main ingredient. You cannot validate it with coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate or items of food.

8. I reserved a free drink but the venue was too crowded and I could not be served that night. Can I keep my free drink to use on another day?

Unfortunately not, your free drink is valid only for that day. Furthermore, we bear no responsibility whatsoever, if the venue could not or denied to serve you. Nevertheless, we would kindly request that you inform us of any such incident, so that we can communicate with the venue and check if such incidents are repeated frequently.
